About Country Estate Fence Company Inc.

History of Country Estate Fence Co. Inc.

Country Estate Fence Co. Inc. was founded in 1984. We were the first vinyl fence company on the West Coast. We pioneered the vinyl fence market and were the first company to install any type of vinyl fence.

The original product line was manufactured for the equestrian community and was designed as a three or four rail fence suitable to hold horses. In the early days our product line consisted of a few different rail style fences. Our main sales force was directed at ranches and farms. Due to an extremely successful growth and acceptance of vinyl fencing products in this area, our manufacturer started producing several profiles that allowed us to fabricate different styles of fences for the residential market. As the profiles became more available, we realized the advantage vinyl had over wrought iron and wood, from a maintenance standpoint. As the vinyl market grew, Country Estate Fence grew.

We have installed more vinyl fence than anyone else on the West Coast. We have done installations in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona and Nevada. Our projects have ranged from 1 gate to over 20,000 lineal feet and 150 gates installed at one time. We have the most experienced, professional installers in the vinyl business. The average employment time for your installer is over seven years. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and have never had a single complaint from the Contractors State Licensing Board. We strive to complete our jobs on time and with the utmost quality possible. Upon completion of our jobs, we want people to look at the finished project and say, "Who ever did this knew what they were doing!" The only complaint that we hear is, "We wish we knew about you before we did our last fence".

Our prices are competitive and our product is the best in the vinyl industry. Our manufacturer is Nebraska Plastics and they are the Original VINYL FENCE MANUFACTURER. They introduced vinyl fence to the public in 1978 and have continued to be the leader in the industry.

You cannot find another manufacturer whose overall quality exceeds ours. We are the "Cadillac" of the industry. We have been installing the same product from the same manufacturer, Nebraska Plastics, since our inception in 1984. In the industry today, most fence companies are loyal to the manufacturer who will sell them the product at the cheapest price. They change manufacturers as they lower their prices. If that occurs, what happens to the person who purchased the product from a fence company two years ago that doesn't buy or stock manufacturer's materials anymore? Most of the major manufactures are located in the Midwest or on the East Coast. Do you think the manufacturer in Florida is going to come out here to look at a problem in Southern California? What type of response are you going to get from the fence company that installed your fence and is no longer doing business with the manufacturer of your fence? You must also be aware of fence companies that mix and match different materials from different manufacturers. You should insist on seeing a copy of the following from each fence company that you consider:

  1. Copy of their CURRENT State Contractors License showing an expiration date and license clarification (C-13 fencing).
  2. Current copy of Home Improvement salesperson identification which is issued by the Contractors State License Board which assures that the salesperson is certified to represent that company for in-home sales.
  3. List of References You want to see something installed recently as well as jobs that have been in the ground for over five years. How else can you determine if the work that they do and the materials they are trying to sell you will hold up for any period of time. Insist on them certifying that what they showed you as a reference is the same manufactures material they are going to install on your project. This will verify that they are not just "Price Shoppers" when it comes to buying material for your project and that they will not simply buy from the cheapest manufacturer.

If you want cheap, you should go to Home Depot. Take a look at what they carry in regards to vinyl fencing. Check out what and how much vinyl they stock. Talk to somebody there about vinyl fencing.

In closing, we would like to stress the fact that we have a 55,000 square foot facility that stocks over 40 different size profiles of vinyl products for your fence styles. We custom fabricate every piece of vinyl for each customer. We make everything fit each particular job. This product is not wood or chain link or wrought iron that can be nailed, stretched, welded or bent to fit. We are more concerned with the finished product and we take a "craftsman" like approach on all our jobs. When you deal with Country Estate Fence Co. Inc. you are dealing with the best company in the vinyl industry.

I believe I have given you enough information and vinyl fence education to aid you in the selection of a qualified fence supplier and installer. Thank you for visiting our site. I look forward to hearing from you.

Reviews

You exceeded every promise you made to us and were, indeed, committed to making everything right--regardless of what it took to do so. The attention to detail by your staff was superb...As with all homeowner Associations, the homeowners themselves can be part of the challenge. Each and every homeowner's request was met professionally and in a timely manner. Larry Wadsworth was a pleasure to deal with and my communications with him were relayed to the appropriate party and taken care of.

Your installation team was incredibly respectful of our property and I never had to speak to your office about debris being left on the grounds. The demolition went so smoothly and, once again, everything was hauled away neatly and in a timely manner.
